time and time and again, it has happened. you never learn your lesson. when all your efforts, all your concerns, all your cares are just wasted, why even care at all? it’s not worth it. don’t even think about it, don’t waste your breath. there are others who need you more than they do. others who appreciate and remember. remember how it all began. remember how it was before it all started . Before it all started all over again – that would be a more accurate statement.
how could you forget? this has happened a lot of times before. haven’t you learned your lesson? how stubborn can you be that you let yourself fall into the same mistake you made several years ago… a mistake that YOU THOUGHT you finally corrected just a few months ago. a few months ago!?! it only took you a couple of months to forget! a memory lapse? it must be. you can’t be stupid. or maybe you just cared too much? how much care do you have to just blind yourself completely from reality? it’s simply incomprehensible. don’t you already know that when a glass is cracked, it can’t be made clear and spotless ever again. it’s called "LAMAT". the crack remains, and the only thing that could happen next is that the glass would eventually shatter into bits and pieces.
well now, here you are. back to square one. that wound you thought had completely healed, well, it’s been struck again. struck again for the nth time! and this time, it’s even worse. you have just dragged another person into trusting too. another person who truly and honestly cares about you. you allowed this one person to be hurt and offended by a making him trust the very same trash who has hurt you before. and you thought you could trust your own instincts? what a shame.
it’s too late to cry over spilled milk. too late to keep asking the same questions over and over again. it’s time to start anew. maybe this time you’ve learned your lesson for good. maybe you’ve finally learned to discern, to know what to give, when to give, and how much of yourself to give. maybe this time you won’t let someone else be hurt by your own assumptions. aren’t you the same one who has always believed that "history repeats itself"? if they’ve done it to you before, believe me, they could do it a thousand times more. you might as well live by what you believe in.. don’t take any chances with people who care only about what they want and what they want, and what they want. that way you spare yourself, as well as the person you care about (and cares about you), the pain caused by wasted trust and compassion.
